Oh, yeah. The transfer. It went through Saturday, but I wasn't technically supposed to transfer until Monday. But I did anyway. Because I managed to talk the managers on duty into it. I'm that awesome.

Can I tell you how much I love it? It's less than five feet away from my old position, but it's worlds different. I'm not a tense mess, stressing about counting jewelry and keeping track of books. That's my coworkers' resposibilities now. Mwahahaha!

So, anyway. Happy. Yeah.

And getting more commission. Previously, I was lucky if I got more than $1 a week in commission. I sometimes got negative commission. How? Returns. You get a lot of those in Fine Jewelry. People look at their bills, panic, and quickly return what they got. We suffer for it. The holidays were nice. The only time I made any decent commission ever. Of course, at the end, it was a scramble to make up for returns. Again.

Luckily, make up does get returned less often than diamonds. And I get more money for selling it. And I like making people over. So yay!

Except for this cold that I have. That sucks. But that's the kids' faults. They keep getting sick. I should get a hazmat suit.

MissMeliss- I think so. There's a lot less stress, rage, and fear of stroke and a whole lot more smiling. I'm feeling optimistic!

Jeeez, what a shocking *policy* in the jewelery dept, blimey its not your fault people over spend :(
